Our company, is specialized in processing Antep Pistachio grown in Gaziantep/Turkey. The company processes world's highest quality and most delicious, first class pistachios through best quality equipment and hygienic facilities and professional stuff. Through processing raw pistachios, different qualities of roasted salted pistachio, pistachio kernels and powdered pistachio products are being manufactured by qualified personnel and offered to the domestic and international market.
Antep Pistachio is a product that requires mastery, experience and maximum attention at every stage of the processing, untill packaging. As Polat Fıstık, we take maximum care to preserve the naturalness and quality of our products through all processing levels.
In our world-class production facility formed as 2 floors consist of 300 square meters; 5 different systems in total as stone sifting, crushing unit, shelling and dehulling unit, classification and callibration unit and vacuum paking units have the capacity to work uninterruptedly. Various products as outcome of those units are packed untouched within demanded weights.
